HINOVEST
Trading Journal Intelligence

Every trade, measured. Every edge, visible.

A trading journal that fills itself in. MetaTrader logs your trades as you take them, warns you on the chart when one breaks your own rules, and posts them to your Telegram channel — while the dashboard, reports and AI analyst work the same numbers. Or bring the Excel sheet you already keep.

How it works

Three steps to a journal that keeps itself

Set the journal up once — its account, its symbols, its risk model — and every surface after that reads the same record.

1

Create the journal

Starting balance, leverage, account currency, and the risk model you size by — fixed percent, fixed amount, or fixed lot. Add the symbols you trade with their pip value, spread and commission, and every P&L figure after that is calculated, not typed.

2

Fill it, or let it fill

Paste the Expert Advisor's key into MetaTrader and your trades arrive as you take them. Or upload the CSV or Excel history you already keep — the import runs in the background with progress you can watch and cancel. Adding a trade by hand works too.

3

Review what it shows you

The dashboard for the shape of the account, reports for where the edge actually is, self review for how you behaved, and an AI analyst that reads the same journal and answers in plain language.

What's inside

One journal, read eight ways

Every surface reads the same filtered set, so what you see in one place always matches the others.

Dashboard

Reports & analytics

Analyse performance by symbol, session, timeframe, direction and setup structure — then build a chart straight from the filtered result set.

Excel & CSV import

Attach the file you already keep and the history populates with the calculated fields filled in. The import runs in the background with live progress, a cancel button, and a record of every run.

Self review

Tag what you felt and what you got wrong, then see it counted. The emotion breakdown and mistake heatmap turn "I overtrade when I'm behind" from a suspicion into a number.

AI analyst

Ask about your own record and get an answer grounded in it — your trades, your settings, and the notes you wrote yourself. It reads the journal; it does not invent one.

Chat Reads your notes

Activity log

Every change to a journal, recorded. There is deliberately no way to edit or delete an entry — a record you can tidy afterwards is not a record.

Append-only

Multi-journal workspace

One journal per market, broker or strategy, each with its own balance and rules. They stay open as tabs, and one search box reaches across every journal, trade and symbol you own.

Tabs Global search Archive

Fifteen themes, ten dark and five light — and the MetaTrader panel adopts whichever one you pick, so the chart matches the workspace. English and فارسی throughout, right-to-left included.

Automation

The part that runs without you

A journal you have to remember to write is a journal you stop writing. These three keep it filled, keep you honest, and keep your channel fed.

MetaTrader 5

The Expert Advisor bridge

Paste one key into the EA and MetaTrader writes to your journal as you trade — entries, stop and target moves, partial closes, exits. It also draws a panel on the chart in your own theme, shows your pre-trade checklist before you click, and warns you the moment a trade breaks a rule you set.

It warns; it never blocks. The trade is always yours to take.

Signal Bot

Publish your trades to your own Telegram channel as they happen. Fourteen moments are already written for you — pick the ones your channel should see. Every message is yours to reword, with your own opening and sign-off wrapped around it and a live preview of exactly what Telegram will render.

The server sends them, so nothing has to stay running on your machine.

Live voice

The voice coach

Write down who you are, what your strategy allows, and how you want to be spoken to. The coach reads that as standing orders at the start of every session and holds you to it out loud, on the chart, while the trade is still in front of you — in one of eight voices.

It keeps its own notes between sessions, so you are not re-explaining yourself every morning.

Standing orders — your words

“I trade London open only. Never more than 1% at risk. If I lose two in a row I stop for the day. Tell me plainly when I am about to break one of these — do not be polite about it.”

FAQ

Before you sign up

Do I have to give up my Excel sheet?

No. Create a journal, upload the CSV or Excel file you already keep, and HINOVEST fills in the trade history with the calculated fields. You can keep exporting back out at any time.

Can I run more than one journal?

Yes. Each market, broker or strategy can have its own journal, and the workspace keeps them open as tabs so you never lose your place while switching.

Which metrics are calculated automatically?

Net P&L, win rate, R multiple, expectancy, profit factor and maximum drawdown, plus per-symbol, per-session and per-setup breakdowns in reports. Give a symbol its pip value, spread and commission once and the money figures follow from the prices you entered.

Do I have to log trades by hand?

Not if you trade on MetaTrader 5. Paste the journal's key into the Expert Advisor and it writes every entry, stop move, partial close and exit as it happens. Typing a trade in yourself and importing a file both still work — the three can feed the same journal.

Will it stop me taking a trade?

No. You write the rules — max risk, max lot, trades per day, losses in a row, a cooling-off period after a stop-out, your trading window — and MetaTrader warns you on the chart when one is about to break. It never cancels an order. Leave a rule empty and it is simply not checked.

What does the AI actually see?

Your own journal — the trades in it, the journal's settings, and the notes you wrote. The analyst answers from that record rather than from generic trading advice, and the voice coach reads the standing orders you gave it yourself.

Is it usable in Persian?

The whole interface ships in English and فارسی with full right-to-left layout — switch language from the top bar at any time, including on the sign-in screen.

What does it cost to start?

Create an account, build your first journal, and import a file — no card needed to see your own numbers in the dashboard.
